Refund/Return Policy

At The Photo Magnet Studio, all of our products are custom-made to order, ensuring each item is unique and created specifically for you.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, we do accept returns for faulty, defective, or incorrect items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at minimagnets@outlook.com.au with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect on our part.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
