Processing Time

• All orders are custom-made. Please allow 5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times are usually sooner. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We ship exclusively within Australia via Australia Post.

• Estimated delivery times align with Australia Post Standard Shipping:

• Metro Areas: Approximately 3-6 business days

• Regional Areas: Approximately 4-10 business days

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

Tracking & Delivery

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Photo Magnet Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• The Photo Magnet Studio is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is with Australia Post.

• If your order is lost in transit, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number for assistance.

Damaged Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at minimagnets@outlook.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
